Samuel Eddy

Samuel Eddy (MSc Psychology, B Bus) is a professional workplace Educator, Neuroplasticity Practioner and creator of the Stress Temperature workplace wellbeing model. He coaches individuals and teams to reduce stress, prevent burnout and boost wellbeing through his unique models, personal experience of burnout and the principles of Neuroplasticity. Samuel is also a certified Mental Health First Aider in Australia.

Sarah is a Clinician, Educator, and Mental Health Nurse who teaches the art and science of change in helping her clients realise wellbeing in their work and personal lives. She is trained in a range of methodologies and shares her personal journey of change and knowledge of best practice in healthcare to inspire fundamental change, beyond simple symptom reduction.
